Provide a mixture of project management, space planning, and design for commercial projects. Assist with creating renderings and construction document sets. Understanding of local codes, finish selections, BOMA calculations, permitting, and construction administration tasks. Interface with customers and provide design leadership.

Minimum 4 year college degree in Interior Design or Architecture. Revit & AutoCAD proficiency for design and construction documentation. LEED Certification is a plus. Space planning experience. Commercial and/or corporate interiors required (exposure to mission critical or healthcare a plus).

This is a contract to hire position based out of Baltimore, MD.
The pay range for this position is $31.25 - $45.67/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
