Interior Designer

Investigate, evaluate, and recommend design solutions for client needs.

Select and specify FF&E, and gather pricing, specifications, and lead times.

Coordinate with consultants and FF&E dealers to develop specifications.

Contribute to design development phases and align designs with client goals.

Create plans, 3D renderings, presentation drawings, and finish boards.

Participate in client meetings and collect programming data.

Conduct field surveys, document existing conditions, and create Revit models.

Produce construction document sets according to established standards.

Participate in submittal processes, addenda sketches, drawing revisions, and permitting.

Bachelor's degree in Interior Architecture or Interior Design.

1+ years of relevant post-graduate experience in interior design and FF&E and/or furniture design.

Proficiency in Revit required.

Experience with educational, municipal, workplace, or public projects is preferred.

Knowledge of construction drawings and schematic design.

Ability to draft construction documentation and details.

Site survey and zoning knowledge.

The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $65000.00/hr.
