We are seeking a talented Interior Designer to develop creative and technically sound solutions to design challenges, ensuring design excellence. You will integrate quality assurance/control processes and company standards, coordinating with Project Managers to maintain project schedules and ensure timely delivery of project documents. This role requires strong conceptual design abilities, space planning skills, and the capability to detail constructable design ideas. You will apply appropriate products, materials, and FF&E aligned with sustainability goals, and create graphic presentations. Additionally, you will attend site walks and Construction Administration meetings, sharing lessons learned to improve project coordination, and lead collaboration within the project team, generating and communicating design ideas and solutions.

The work environment includes attending site walks and Construction Administration meetings. You will be expected to apply BIM standards, oversee QA/QC procedures, and manage construction/material costs effectively. Pay and Benefits:
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $42.00/hr.
