Senior Interior Designer – Corporate & Workplace Environments
We are looking for a seasoned Senior Interior Designer with deep expertise in corporate commercial and workplace interiors. This role is ideal for a design leader who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about creating innovative, sustainable spaces that elevate the user experience. You will lead design efforts from concept through construction, manage client relationships, and work cross-functionally to deliver high-impact design solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead interior design projects across all phases, from concept development through construction documentation and administration.
- Develop and present design concepts, space plans, finish palettes, and detailed documentation.
- Collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure design intent is realized and project goals are met.
- Ensure compliance with applicable codes, including ADA, and integrate sustainable design principles.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources while maintaining design excellence.
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to a culture of creativity, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Basic Qualifications:
- 8–12 years of professional experience in interior design, with a focus on corporate and workplace environments.
- NCIDQ certification.
- Proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, and rendering software.
- Strong skills in space planning, interior architecture, and conceptual design.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- LEED accreditation.
- Experience with Deltek Vision or similar project management tools.
- Demonstrated success in delivering complex interior design projects in fast-paced environments.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $95000.00 - $110000.00/yr.
