Project Designer

We are seeking Project Designers who excel at drawing through ideas and visualizing design options—from early concepts through construction detailing. This role involves working with project teams to advance design ideas using both digital and hand drawing. Ideal candidates are design-minded, fluent in spatial design, and understand how people and land connect through the smallest details.

Responsibilities

• Use drawing as a problem-solving tool, both digitally and by hand
• Advance design work from concept through technical development and documentation
• Collaborate with project teams and contribute to a research-driven design process
• Engage in all aspects of site design including natural systems, hardscape, plants, soils, irrigation, and site furniture
• Take initiative and demonstrate strong motivation and communication skills

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $36.00/hr.
