As a Layout Designer, you will provide Revit drafting support for composite designs and revisions, hold review calls, capture minutes, and draft work for module creation. You will understand the requirements from the SIM ticket, provide feedback to Change Management if SIM tickets are lacking information, and create or modify module drawings per redline. You will attend team meetings and manage project manager stakeholders' expectations while project managing design through a 14-month lifecycle.
Obtain and document all specifics regarding projects from site selection and transaction management. Research and compile all available information for sites. Coordinate all engineering and architectural specifications for each building type, including internal composite coordination, site-specific information, site surveys, existing drawings, site visits, transportation, traffic control, internal BRS requirements, and specific LOB requirements/standards. Coordinate initial architectural design and permit submittals as required. Develop and provide supporting documents for lease execution, such as site plans, work letters, schedules, and phasing plans. Develop initial construction schedules and sequences for phasing of construction if necessary. Create construction estimates for capital requests and other planning efforts. Manage due diligence, utility, and other coordination efforts prior to construction handoff. Provide complete and accurate documentation for construction handoff, including contacts, drawings, permit status, lease language & exhibits, capital request breakdown, LL contributions or reimbursements, and any other work product completed by Pre-Construction. Maintain a repository for all pre-construction work products by site.
Minimum 2 years of Revit experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Experience in architectural design. Experience working with multiple stakeholders. Experience with large commercial projects and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
This is a Contract position based out of Bellevue, WA. The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $38.00/hr.
