Layout Designer
Location: Tempe, Arizona
Schedule: Full-time, Onsite (5 days/week)
Job Description
We are seeking a Revit Layout Designer to provide Revit drafting support for composite designs and revisions, manage project lifecycles, and ensure stakeholder satisfaction. This role involves drafting work for module creation, attending team meetings, and effectively communicating feedback to Change Management.
Responsibilities
- Obtain and document all specifics regarding projects from site selection and transaction management.
- Research and compile all available information for the site.
- Coordinate all engineering and architectural specifications for each building type, including internal composite coordination and site-specific information.
- Coordinate initial architectural design and permit submittals as required.
- Develop and provide supporting documents for lease execution, such as site plans, work letters, and phasing plans.
- Develop initial construction schedules and sequences for phasing of construction if necessary.
- Create construction estimates for capital requests and other planning efforts.
- Manage due diligence, utility, and other coordination efforts prior to construction hand-off.
- Provide complete and accurate documentation for construction handoff, including contacts, drawings, permit status, and lease language.
- Maintain repository for all pre-construction work product by site.
Essential Skills
- Minimum of 2 years of Revit experience.
- Large commercial or warehouse design on at least 150k sq ft projects
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Experience with Revit.
- Large commercial project experience.
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
- Floor Plan Layout Design.

This is a Contract position based out of Tempe, AZ.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $38.00/hr.
