Mechanical Cad Engineer

We're looking for an outstanding Mechanical CAD Engineer who combines superb technical and analytical capabilities with a demonstrated ability to get the right things done quickly and effectively.

This individual will be responsible for creating both detailed and high-level drawings of warehouse design, material handling equipment, conveyors, work areas, and fulfillment center storage solutions—based on current templates as well as design support for future templates. Drawings will require a high level of detail in 3D Revit-based layouts, as well as 2D AutoCAD plan views and corresponding elevation views.

The right candidate will be able to work independently with numerous stakeholders and deliver to a high standard.

MUST HAVES:

• Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering Industrial Engineering or similar.
• 5 years professional experience in a fast-paced design environment utilizing both AutoCAD and Revit including layout and sheet creation
• Knowledge of material handling equipment, conveyors, sortation systems, storage systems, and warehouse design
• Familiarity with online file document management systems such as BIM360 and ACC
• Parametric modeling background with experience creating detailed families/parts/dynamic blocks that utilize code or functions to drive modularity

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $39.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
