Layout Designer
We are seeking a skilled Layout Designer with extensive experience in Revit, stakeholder management, and architectural layout for large-scale buildings exceeding 200,000 square feet. This position involves working on multiple commercial projects simultaneously, requiring proficiency in AutoCAD, drafting, design, and floor plan layout.
Responsibilities
- Obtain and document all specifics regarding projects from site selection to transaction management.
- Research and compile all available information for site development.
- Coordinate engineering and architectural specifications for each building type, including internal composite coordination, site-specific information, transportation, and traffic control.
- Coordinate initial architectural design and permit submissions as required.
- Develop and provide supporting documents for lease execution, such as site plans, work letters, schedules, and phasing plans.
- Develop initial construction schedules and sequences for construction phasing if necessary.
- Create construction estimates for capital requests and other planning efforts.
- Manage due diligence, utility, and other coordination efforts prior to construction hand-off.
- Provide comprehensive documentation for construction handoff, including contacts, drawings, permit status, lease language, and capital request breakdown.
- Maintain a repository for all pre-construction work products by site.
Essential Skills
- Proficiency in Revit and BIM360.
- Experience in architectural design and industrial construction.
- Ability to manage large commercial projects and work with multiple stakeholders.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, drafting, design, and layout design.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite.
- Proficiency in Bluebeam.
- Strong floor plan layout design skills.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $38.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
