Marketing and Communications Specialist (Fully Remote)

We are seeking a Business Systems & Design Analyst to join our Branding, Content Marketing & Communication team on a contract basis. This role is pivotal in supporting our business growth by leveraging Salesforce and Adobe InDesign. The position requires a blend of analytical and technical expertise in Salesforce and creative proficiency in Adobe InDesign to ensure data integrity, accurate reporting, and production of professional, brand-compliant materials. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide insights, improve processes, and develop materials that support organizational goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop, edit, and format proposals, presentations, and marketing collateral in Adobe InDesign in alignment with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to integrate data-driven insights with designed content for improved communication and decision-making.
• Support special projects requiring both Salesforce expertise and InDesign capabilities.
• Ensure consistency, accuracy, and quality in all data and published materials.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign for professional layout, design, and publication.
• Proficiency in Salesforce, including data entry, reporting, dashboards, workflows, and automation tools.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Ability to analyze and interpret data and present findings clearly and concisely.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and adapt to a dynamic work environment.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, Graphic Design, or a related field preferred. Candidates actively pursuing a degree will also be considered.
• Demonstrated experience utilizing Adobe InDesign for document design, formatting, and publication.

Work Environment

The position is primarily remote, with the possibility of visiting the office once a month. The team comprises six members, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Avon, Connecticut.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
