We're looking for a motivated Marketing Coordinator / Proposal Support professional to play a key role in showcasing our completed projects and supporting our marketing and proposal efforts—especially for publicly bid work.

What You'll Do

• Bring past projects to life by researching completed work and creating polished, easy-to-understand project summaries
• Develop content used for marketing materials and Form 330 submissions for public-sector projects
• Collaborate with internal teams and connect with clients when needed to gather missing or clarifying project information
• Keep project and marketing information well-organized and easy to access
• Support a variety of general marketing initiatives and special projects

What We're Looking For

• A clear, confident writer who can summarize project information accurately and effectively
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable communicating with clients and internal team members
• Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in marketing, proposals, or the A/E/C industry is a plus—but not required

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Shelton, CT.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
