Actalent Global Product Marketing Manager

As a Global Product Marketing Manager for Device Connectivity, you will play a crucial role in planning and implementing innovative marketing strategies. This hybrid position is available in Raleigh, North Carolina, Batesville, IN, and Deerfield, IL, and offers the opportunity to work collaboratively in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the strategic development, management, and growth of the device connectivity portfolio.
  • Collaborate with relevant upstream product managers, marketing, sales teams, and R&D for overall connectivity portfolio strategy.
  • Lead and coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive profitable portfolio growth globally.
  • Develop product, cross-product, and application roadmaps, including software and hardware devices.
  • Collaborate with product teams across business units to align on release cadences and roadmap prioritization.
  • Research and understand key market/customer trends and competitor strategies.
  • Develop strategic business plans and financial models to capitalize on market needs and opportunities.
  • Drive clinical research requirements to support the connectivity value proposition and product launch activities.
  • Communicate strategy and secure consensus from customers, key industry influencers, and executive leadership.
  • Drive alignment with regional marketing and business partners on connectivity market needs, go-to-market strategies, and pricing.
  • Develop and track key business performance indicators to identify necessary countermeasures to achieve business/market goals.
  • Partner on technology deployment for connectivity product validation requirements.
  • Provide cross-functional leadership to deploy new go-to-market strategies for technology, including pricing, quote to cash, training, and support.
  • Partner with global commercial and service teams to drive market adoption of connected IT solutions.

Essential Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, Medicine, Science, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in upstream marketing, product management, or similar; or advanced degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Prior product management experience for a device connectivity portfolio, hardware and software preferred.
  • Leadership experience and indirect team management without authority.
  • Highly organized initiative-taker who can lead and collaborate across the organization effectively.
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects while delivering on established timelines.
  • Ability to be persuasive in the absence of organizational authority.
  • Must be able to understand and work within complex interdivisional procedures and policies.
  • Demonstrated effective communication skills and ability to facilitate large group meetings to a successful outcome.
  • Ability to work in a highly matrixed and geographically diverse business environment.
  • Ability to travel approximately 15%.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
  • Experience developing products for the operating room.
  • Experience working on integration and connected products in the operating room preferred.

This is a hybrid position based in Raleigh, North Carolina, Batesville, IN, or Deerfield, IL. The role involves collaboration with a variety of individuals and exposure to different facets of the portfolio. Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Raleigh, NC.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $57.00 - $61.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
