The Mechanical Designer will demonstrate utilization of the PTC suite of design and PLM programs (Creo and Windchill) to design and layout mechanical and electrical systems. The designer ensures proper form, fit and function while improving product performance, reliability, safety, manufacturability, and cost effectiveness.

Qualifications: Technical Associates Engineering Degree preferred, 5+ years of relevant work experience required, proficient in Creo, knowledge of mechanical design and assembly management, material selection, and BOM creation / maintenance, strong written and verbal skills with ability to follow written instructions, advanced utilization of PTC PLM system (Windchill), knowledge of wire harness design & routing, must be customer driven and quality minded in performing all assigned duties, must be able to function in a technical engineering team environment, must have the ability to handle multiple, varied tasks simultaneously, must be able to adjust to changing demands, priorities and objectives
Experience Level: Intermediate Level
Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $55.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
