Join our team as a Revit Technician - MEP, where you will leverage your comprehensive modeling experience in commercial and residential construction with a focus on structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing aspects. You will play a crucial role in translating designs modeled in Revit into production-ready drawings, assisting the Production team in building modular products in a factory environment. Collaborate with the Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) Team to document projects for production and occasionally lead individual projects. Familiarity with State code, NECA, ASHRAE, & NSPC is beneficial for this role.
This position is based in an office environment, where the design team frequently interacts with the production floor. Presence in the office is highly encouraged as it facilitates collaboration and communication with team members.
The pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $90000.00/hr.
