Product Operations Analyst

The Product Operations Analyst owns end-to-end SKU and catalog enablement for North America, ensuring products are accurately created, priced, localized, compliant, and published across multiple selling and quotation systems.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end SKU and part number creation, configuration, and publication across multiple commercial and quotation systems.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of configure-to-order (CTO), machine type models (MTM), SKU hierarchies, bills of materials (BOM) structures, and product lifecycle management processes.
  • Manage new product introduction (NPI), lifecycle management (LCM), and change requests across multiple systems to keep offerings current and compliant.
  • Administer list versus street pricing and pricing guardrails to support consistent and controlled pricing practices.
  • Execute mass price changes and support pricing automation, including configuration and use of pricing management tools such as CPM.
  • Ensure partner-type and channel-specific price visibility compliance, protecting sensitive pricing information while enabling appropriate access.
  • Support margin, gross-to-net (GTN), and pricing exception management to balance competitiveness and profitability.
  • Drive operational enablement using a staged launch framework, ensuring that products are ready for sale at each launch milestone.
  • Translate product offerings into scalable, operationally ready catalog assets that downstream teams can easily consume.
  • Establish clear handoffs for route-to-market (RTM), business model, and downstream operational teams to ensure smooth execution.
  • Define and enforce data completeness standards and service level agreements (SLAs) for catalog and pricing data.
  • Perform validation checks, proactive monitoring, and defect triage to maintain high data quality across systems.
  • Conduct root-cause analysis on catalog and pricing issues and lead continuous improvement initiatives for catalog processes.
  • Coordinate closely with Product, Pricing, Sales Operations, Channel, and IT teams to align on launches, changes, and operational priorities.

Essential Skills

  • At least 3 years of experience in Product Operations, Product Enablement, Catalog management, Pricing, or Product Lifecycle Management (PLM).
  • Proven experience working with SKU management and catalog enablement in complex product environments.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, data analysis, and reporting.
  • Experience using PowerQuery for data transformation and automation of reporting workflows.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems, particularly SAP or ECC, for product, pricing, and catalog management.
  • Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce to support sales and quoting processes.
  • Familiarity with quotation tools and their integration with catalog and pricing data.
  • Demonstrated ability in dashboarding, reporting, and KPI tracking to monitor operational performance.
  • Strong project management skills, including planning, prioritization, and coordination across multiple stakeholders.
  • Solid change control discipline, ensuring structured and auditable changes to product and pricing data.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to operate accurately at scale across large product and pricing datasets.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) tools and processes.
  • Knowledge of configure-to-order (CTO) and machine type model (MTM) structures.
  • Understanding of SKU hierarchies, BOM structures, and lifecycle management best practices.
  • Exposure to pricing automation tools such as CPM or similar platforms.

Job Type & Location: This is a Permanent position based out of Whitsett, NC.

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $114000.00/yr. 401k 6% PTO Discretionary Annual Bonus

Workplace Type: This is a fully onsite position in Whitsett, NC.
