Work in a Class A office space located in Harbor East. The position offers limited remote work options. Employees are expected to commute to the office daily, with exceptions for family, school, or quarantine needs. This is a Permanent position based out of Baltimore, MD.
The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $95000.00/yr.
Ci Design shall provide: • (2) week(s) equal to (80) hours of paid vacation; accrued hourly per pay period from date of hire. • 3 paid days of personal time off; accrued hourly per pay period from date of hire. • 5 paid days equal to 40 hours of sick days. • 8 paid Company holiday per calendar year. (For more information on Company Holidays and Personal Time Off, Refer to Company Manual). Health Benefits: Ci Design offers CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield PPO to all employees, which includes health, dental and vision insurance. Ci Design will pay for 75% of Individual policies, 50% of Individual Plus One policies or 45% of Family policies. Long Term Disability (LTD) and Term Life: Ci Design offers Long Term Disability at 60% of your basic monthly salary up to $8,000.00/month and Term Life insurance at 1 x salary. 100% will be paid by Ci Design. Insurance coverage begins on start date. Per pay period cost is dependent on the specific individual covered. Short Term Disability (STD): Ci Design offers participation in a Short-Term Disability program at 60% of salary up to $1,500 per week, cost to be paid by the employee. Per pay period cost is dependent on the specific individual covered. Empower 401K Plan: Ci Design offers a 401K retirement plan thru Empower Group. Ci Design matches funds up to 4% of the employee's wages for those contributing to the plan. You can elect to enroll within the first of the month after date of hire. Flexible Spending Account (FSA): Ci Design offers participation in a Flexible Spending account program which allows for some qualified expenses to be paid with pre-tax dollars. Eligibility is after 3 months of employment. (if hired before January 1, 2016. Employees hired after this date will be eligible the 1st of the month after date of hire). Commuter Benefits: Ci Design offers a Commuter Assistance Program under the IRS Code Section 132. Ci Design will contribute $40.00/month towards your commuting expenses which allows you to be eligible to set aside pre-tax dollars to use for work related commuting expenses. Professional Licenses & Membership: Ci Design offers to pay annual dues for 1 state license for registered architects, licensed, interior designers, and licensed engineer. We will also pay annual dues for 1 professional membership. Eligibility is after 3 months of employment.
