What You'll Do

• Lead Design Excellence: Drive design development for small to mid-sized projects and contribute to large-scale initiatives with senior guidance.
• Think Big, Design Smart: Create compelling typology studies, programming documents, site analyses, sketches, models, and presentations that bring ideas to life.
• Collaborate Across Disciplines: Work closely with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure seamless integration and technical precision.
• Ensure Design Integrity: Oversee execution from concept through construction, maintaining quality and intent every step of the way.
• Mentor & Inspire: Support junior staff, share knowledge, and contribute to firmwide design critiques and outreach efforts.

What You Bring

• Degree in Architecture or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of architectural design experience, with a strong focus in healthcare design.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and BSD Spec Link.
• A portfolio that showcases your design talent, technical skills, and leadership in project delivery.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $80000.00/yr.
