Work Environment
The role requires working four days in the office. The office is part of an international firm with a presence across North America and other continents. The DC office houses approximately 110 employees, focusing on market sectors such as K-12, senior living, large-scale corporate commercial, multi-family, and institutional projects. The office promotes a family culture with a fun atmosphere, including company outings, philanthropic events, and team bonding activities. There are ample opportunities for growth with a mentorship program and clear promotion metrics. The office is metro accessible and recently renovated.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Washington, District of Columbia.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $120000.00/hr.
