Quality And Product Development Support - Temp

We are seeking a Temporary Administrative Support professional to assist Product Development and Quality teams with documentation review, ingredient verification, and quality system support. This role is well-suited for a detail-oriented individual with experience in regulated environments such as cosmetics, personal care, or OTC products.

Responsibilities

• Verify and cross-check raw material and ingredient documentation for product development activities.
• Support quality processes, including documentation related to deviations and investigations.
• Assist with data entry, document organization, and tracking within quality and product development systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy and completeness of records.
• Provide general administrative support as needed to support compliance and workflow.

Essential Skills

• Administrative or coordinator experience in a regulated manufacturing environment preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working with documentation, spreadsheets, and databases.
• Familiarity with quality systems, deviations, or ingredient compliance is a plus.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in a GMP quality role, or Degree in a sciences focus major.

Work Environment

This is a temporary assignment that is onsite. You will have the opportunity to gain experience with cross-functional teams in a GMP, SQF, NSF environment. Technologies and methodologies such as deviations, ingredient compliance, batch records, allergens, food safety, biology, SQF, GMP, NSF, and HACCP will be utilized.

This is a Contract position based out of Valencia, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
