Revit Designer

The Revit Designer will provide drafting support for composite designs and revisions, manage design projects through a 14-month lifecycle, and coordinate with Project Manager stakeholders. The role involves attending team meetings, capturing minutes from review calls, and drafting work for module creation. Designers will need to understand requirements from SIM tickets and provide feedback to Change Management when necessary.

Responsibilities:

  • Obtain and document all specifics regarding projects from site selection and transaction management.
  • Research and compile all available information for site.
  • Coordinate all engineering and architectural specifications for each building type, including site-specific information, site surveys, existing drawings, and site visits.
  • Coordinate initial architectural design and permit submittals as required.
  • Develop supporting documents for lease execution, such as site plans and phasing plans.
  • Develop initial construction schedules and sequences for phasing of construction.
  • Create construction estimates for capital requests and other planning efforts.
  • Manage due diligence, utility, and other coordination efforts prior to construction hand-off.
  • Provide complete and accurate documentation for construction handoff, including drawings, permit status, and capital request breakdown.
  • Maintain a repository for all pre-construction work products by site.

Essential Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Designing and Planning, Architecture, Engineering and Tech Drawing, or Engineering.
  • Minimum of 2 years Revit Architecture experience.
  • Experience on projects larger than 150k sqft preferred, will accept down to 100k sqft if multi-level new builds.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Experience with Revit.
  • Experience in architectural design and working with multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience with large commercial projects and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Skills in drafting, design, layout design, and floor plan creation.

Work Environment:

This role is located onsite five days a week in Tempe, AZ or Bellevue, WA. The environment involves collaboration with various stakeholders and managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

Job Type & Location:

This is a Contract position based out of Tempe, AZ.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $38.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
