Senior Interior Designer

Join our team as a Senior Interior Designer, where we create beautiful interior spaces that blend design and functionality. We are seeking a designer with a strong vision and proven experience in all stages of Interior Design from conceptual design and selection of furnishings to detailed documentation. The ideal candidate must possess a strong work ethic and excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Independently lead design projects with oversight from the Design Director and Project Manager.
• Manage multiple projects and client interactions.
• Handle all aspects of interior design including programming, space planning, conceptual design, schematic design, design development, and construction documentation.
• Select and present furniture, finishes, and lighting selections.
• Develop interior details and mentor junior team members in developing technical skills.
• Produce presentation drawings that effectively and creatively communicate design ideas.
• Work collaboratively to coordinate design and documents with other disciplines.

Essential Skills

• 10+ years of post-graduation Interior Design experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field from an accredited school.
• In-depth knowledge of finishes, materials, furniture, and specifications, with particular experience in workplace and/or hospitality design.
• Excellent graphic skills.
• Advanced knowledge of current versions of REVIT and AutoCAD.
• Fluent knowledge of Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, InDesign, and 3D rendering software.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• NCIDQ certification is preferred.
• Experience in construction administration and project management.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $115000.00/yr.
