We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Designer to join our Treatment Practice. This critical role supports the planning and design for a diverse range of water and wastewater treatment facilities by leading the production of detailed drawings, design packages, coordinating across disciplines, and supporting engineers. The ideal candidate will be a technical expert with strong leadership capabilities, passionate about leveraging cutting-edge technologies to enhance project delivery, efficiency, and quality within the AEC industry.
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Experience with scripting languages such as Dynamo, Python, or other programming tools for BIM automation.
Familiarity with other design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, Grasshopper).
Professional licensure or certification (e.g., AIA, PE, LEED AP).
Experience with data management and visualization tools.
Demonstrated experience in managing complex BIM models, performing clash detection, and facilitating coordination meetings for treatment process systems.
Knowledge of SCADA/controls layouts and integration with mechanical/electrical systems.

Understanding of municipal water/wastewater design standards, construction methods, and material specifications.

The pay range for this position is $85000.00 - $110000.00/yr.
