  • Support projects related to transmission and distribution power (TDP) and broader power delivery initiatives.
  • Contribute to modernization efforts for transmission systems and infrastructure upgrades, including work that supports data centers and other large power users.
  • Participate in design reviews and incorporate feedback to improve quality, constructability, and performance of substation designs.
  • Coordinate with internal teams across multiple office locations to ensure consistent project execution and alignment with client objectives.

You will be based out of an office in Phoenix, Tucson, or Albuquerque and are expected to drive into the office 2 to 3 times per week, with the flexibility to work remotely on other days. The work environment emphasizes collaboration with industry-recognized engineers and scientists in the power sector, providing opportunities to engage in complex, impactful projects that support grid transformation and power delivery.
