Technology Designer

We are seeking a skilled Technology Designer with 5–10 years of experience to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about designing innovative technology solutions that align with project goals and client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop technology systems and infrastructure based on project requirements.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to integrate technology solutions into overall design plans.
• Create detailed design documentation, including schematics, layouts, and specifications.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and best practices.
• Conduct site visits and assessments to support design implementation and troubleshooting.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and trends to inform design strategies.

Qualifications:

• 5–10 years of experience in a technology design role.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of systems such as AV, IT, security, and telecommunications (customize as needed).
• Excellent communication and project coordination skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related field preferred.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working in [industry-specific environments, e.g., healthcare, education, commercial buildings].
• Certifications such as CTS, RCDD, or PMP are a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $43.26 - $72.12/hr.
