This project-based contract role focuses on overhauling an existing website's content structure and end-to-end customer journey, with a strong emphasis on product discovery, information flow, and navigation. You will work in a content-first website UX capacity, optimizing information architecture, taxonomy, and user flows within an established design system. The position is primarily remote, requires strong hands-on WordPress experience, and calls for someone who can operate independently while partnering closely with cross-functional teams to execute and optimize rather than create net-new visual design.

Work Environment
This role offers remote flexibility, with a preference for candidates who can work effectively in Eastern or Central time zones to align with team collaboration. You will join a collaborative and flexible team that values independent contributors and encourages open communication. The environment is supportive and not overly rigid, with a willingness to train and support new team members where needed. There is no expectation of consistently long hours or unrealistic demands, and the culture emphasizes balance, mutual respect, and the ability to operate comfortably in gray areas. The nature of the opportunity is a clear, project-based contract, with transparent communication about scope and duration; while a future extension or conversion could be possible if needs change, it is not promised or implied. Work will be conducted primarily using WordPress, Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot), Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and common collaboration tools, within an established design system that already includes branding, logos, colors, and wireframes.
