Co-Development Business Unit is looking for a UX Designer. This is a 1-Year Contract role.

What will you do?
- Work on multiple products in cross-functional teams with designers, developers and product managers
- Define user flows in the form of wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for ESTL products
- Conduct user research to understand the needs and challenges to make informed design decisions
- Organize user testing sessions to validate designs and gather valuable insights
- Contribute to and make use of our evolving design system to ensure consistency and scalability across ESTL products
- Manage stakeholder requirements and incorporate them into the product design
- Create and provide design specifications and assets to ensure accurate implementation of designs by development teams
- Facilitate kick-off workshops to define objectives, gather requirements, and align on business perspectives.
