About the Role
We're hiring a Head of Growth to take full ownership of our digital performance and revenue expansion across Shopify, Amazon, Meta, and beyond. You'll lead cross-functional growth initiatives—spanning performance marketing, product expansion, analytics, and CRO—with a sharp focus on ROI, scalability, and velocity.
What You'll Do
- Own and optimize the entire digital growth funnel—from awareness to conversion
- Lead performance marketing across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and Amazon Ads
- Analyze growth data and build dashboards that drive clear, strategic decisions (CAC, ROAS, LTV, AOV)
- Launch, test, and scale campaigns in collaboration with creative, eCommerce, and product teams
- Oversee Shopify and Amazon Seller Central to grow DTC and marketplace channels
- Identify new customer segments and market expansion opportunities
- Manage and mentor a small team of media buyers, analysts, and marketers
- Launch A/B tests across ads, landing pages, and customer journeys
- Explore new acquisition and retention channels for scalable growth
