We are looking for a Klaviyo email marketing manager who is as comfortable running a client strategy call as they are managing a six-client content calendar with simultaneous deadlines. This is a client-facing, high-ownership role — you will own the full email channel for multiple DTC brands, from strategy and creative direction to building, deploying, and optimizing.
You will be responsible for driving performance across the email channel, with clear ownership over engagement, retention, and revenue contribution. This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
Critically, you will be expected to leverage AI tools as force multipliers – not just for speed, but to raise the quality bar on everything you produce. If you are not excited about working with AI tools daily and pushing them to do more, this is not the right fit.
