We're helping our client find a Mid-Level Marketing Manager to take full ownership of email and SMS marketing strategy, execution, and performance, while confidently planning and managing the broader marketing calendar. In this role, you will operate as a hands-on builder and strategic thinker, responsible for delivering thoughtful, conversion-driven campaigns that support engagement, retention, and revenue growth across the customer lifecycle.
• Plan, write, design, schedule, and optimize all email and SMS campaigns end-to-end • Manage segmentation, flows, automations, and promotional sends • Continuously test subject lines, creative, and messaging to improve performance
• Build and maintain monthly and seasonal marketing calendars • Develop campaign concepts aligned to launches, promotions, and key retail moments • Ensure cross-channel coordination and timely execution
• Write clear, compelling, conversion-focused marketing copy • Produce simple campaign graphics or collaborate with designers when needed • Translate strategy into executable creative direction
• Monitor KPIs including open rate, CTR, conversion, and revenue attribution • Deliver insights and recommendations to continuously improve results
