Growth Marketing Lead
Location: Dallas, TX (Hybrid – 3–4 days onsite)
Type: Direct Hire
Salary: $130,000–$180,000 + bonus, medical, dental, vision, 401K , PTO

We are working with our client to fill a direct hire, strategic, hands-on Growth Marketing Lead role.
In this role, you'll have the opportunity to build the marketing function from the ground up—owning demand generation, branding, messaging, website, and sales enablement in a fast-growing cybersecurity company. You'll work directly with the Chief Revenue Officer and collaborate across the executive team to drive pipeline growth, brand visibility, and measurable results.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute an integrated growth marketing strategy with a core focus on demand generation and pipeline creation.
- Create compelling messaging frameworks, website updates, and sales collateral that align with business goals.
- Drive lead generation campaigns across digital channels (LinkedIn, Google, Meta, X) and track measurable outcomes.
- Partner with alliances and ecosystem partners to create joint go-to-market programs.
- Manage marketing budget, performance tracking, and campaign optimization for maximum ROI.
- Build and execute content strategies, including thought leadership, social media campaigns, and SEO.
- Stay current on global cybersecurity trends and shape the company's market position accordingly.
- Support sales enablement through HubSpot CRM/email automation and other marketing operations.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in cybersecurity, professional services, or B2B technology.
- Proven track record in demand generation, digital strategy, and full-funnel marketing.
- Hands-on expertise with marketing tech stacks—HubSpot CRM, LinkedIn Ads Manager, Google Analytics, etc.
- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to execute at a tactical level.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; confident presenting to executives.
- Prior experience managing corporate branding and marketing initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree highly preferred (advanced degrees valued).
Preferred Skills
- Experience in account-based marketing and working with third-party agencies.
- Professional services marketing or consulting industry background.
- Familiarity with both paid and organic social media strategies.
