KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Support the creative development of concepts and ranges across multiple consumer touchpoints. Develop creative strategies that fulfill the objectives of the design direction, brief and timeline. Collaborate with Footwear & Color and Material team to bring holistic storytelling and relevant consistent visual expression to product. Work closely with cross-functional partners to ensure smooth product creation and development. Review and approve production stages of the creative process. Be able to translate abstract ideas into interesting apparel solutions, knowing when to push, refine or reimagine. Incorporating feedback effectively to your work. Assist in the development of annual and long-term Creative Direction initiatives. Communicate creative ideas clearly in presentations to various stakeholders. Identify areas for improvement and propose solutions or ideas that enhance creative output. Seek out Running Apparel innovation opportunities and integrate insight into your work in order to deliver exceptional results.

REQUISITE EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE/ MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor degree (B.A.) from a college or university, in relevant design field (e.g. apparel, fashion). 3 years of practical experience in Apparel design.
