Join Our Gaming Marketing Team

The adidas Gaming Team drives adidas strategy and plans across the gaming space, including major activations and partnerships within platforms such as Roblox, Epic Games and Minecraft. As an adidas Gaming Intern, you will have the opportunity to learn and contribute to the planning and execution of activations taking place in game as well as in the physical space. You will support the marketing team in driving activities that focus on the Gaming consumer audience. This internship provides hands-on experience in a multinational environment, in a team that has strong knowledge and passion for the gaming industry, platforms, and business models.

Grow your capabilities through meaningful tasks and projects:

• Support the Gaming Marketing team in planning and reporting activities.
• Support the execution of gaming activations across key gaming platforms. Lead specific tasks once identified with the team.
• Support the development of product campaigns, including key market updates, photo shoots, partner and agency management.
• Help coordinate cross-functional adidas teams across Business Units and Markets, external developers, and agencies to deliver on time, on budget, and to the highest creative standards.

What would make you a match:

• University degree in progress (Bachelor or Master) in Marketing, Communications, Media Management or equivalent.
• Previous internship or academic experience in Marketing / Communications is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Strong interest in Gaming. Playing games is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
• Collaborative mindset, with willingness to learn in a multicultural environment.
• Ability to work independently on assigned tasks while being a team player.

• Monthly gross allowance: non-compulsory internship 2,350,00€, compulsory internship 1,780,00€ (Difference due to different taxation, net will be the same)

Eligibility:

• Enrolled as full-time student for the complete duration of the internship
• Or in the so-called gap year between Bachelor and Master's degree (gap year regulation only applicable to EU citizens due to working permit regulations)
• Candidates in penultimate year of study preferred (following the internship, students should have maximum one year to graduate)
• Availability for the full duration of the internship from September 2026 – March 2027
• Ability to relocate to Herzogenaurach in Germany for the full duration of the internship
