Achieving the creative vision/direction for Adidas, overseeing the development of new collections and all aspects of the design process within an organization. This role is to supervise the design team to analyze the company's outdoor apparel line, develop new design ideas, optimize the working process, leverage the existing designs, as well as ensuring the quality and consistency of the design output across different platforms, channels, and media.
This role also works closely with design director, and cross-functional leaders, such as product managers, marketing managers, etc. to align the design goals with the business objectives and the user needs.
