- Ensure timely fulfillment of deliverables by phase of the Go To Market (GTM) process, aligned with the brand strategy and commercial orientation of the channel/account.
- Plan activation plans for the group of accounts, ensuring the best expression of the brand in the available or negotiated spaces by the commercial team.
- Ensure the correct implementation of the marketing plan in time and form (communication materials, consumer experiences, and activations).
- Monitor account performance by categories, analyzing KPIs (sales, SI, SO (total and per m2), ST) and identify growth opportunities. Monitor according to strategic priorities. Monitor the competitive position of adidas (SOM) by account, in the communication indicators and product availability touchpoints.
- Ensure the integration of the Digital Strategy of the Key Account in the country's priorities, achieving a solid collaboration with the commercial department, facilitating the execution at the client level.
- Visit stores regularly to ensure supervision of strategic, commercial, and tactical elements defined.
- Be the account representative for the Marketing team. Work closely with the marketing team (Brand and CTCs) to align the correct strategy of the account by category.
- Correct management of budget per account (roll out, monetizations, marketing budget), monthly review with the commercial team. Ensure efficiencies and effectiveness in the use of economic resources.
- Connect periodically with the regional team and local teams to share or receive key information for efficient development of the channel. Ensure to obtain regional and local sign offs timely.
- Work with the commercial team to co-lead the management of the account. Participate actively in account meetings.
- Foster collaboration and relationship with the client through continuous communication, review of plans, business analysis, and recommendations to improve the KPIs established within the Key Account.
- Work in a coordinated manner and influence the Instore team to ensure effective implementations and maximize the value of the brand. Coordinate with sales and visual merchandising to ensure excellence in execution.

Graduated professional in Commercial Engineering, Civil Engineering, Management Control, or related field.
At least 3 years of experience in commercial analysis, trade marketing, sales, business intelligence, or similar areas, ideally in mass consumption or retail industries.
