About the Role

As a member of the Global Marketing Organisation, you will share our goal to uncover insights to drive business performance for Adobe's creativity and design products, and PDF and e-signatures solutions.

If you are motivated and energetic, fascinated by understanding people, have a thorough commitment to how research enquiry can improve the lives of people by turning data into actionable insights and recommendations, this could be the role for you!

Join us in shaping how we connect with our audience. As a Marketing Insights Intern, you'll help bring together insights from various data sources to build a clear, human-centred view of our customers—and how best to engage them.

With support from the Senior Insights Partner, you'll:

  • Contribute to and eventually lead research projects that test and refine marketing content—think creative concepts, ads, storyboards, videos, and campaign pages.
  • Make sure everything aligns with what our audience cares about: tone, language, motivations, key messages, and where we show up online.
  • Turn data into smart recommendations that help us communicate better and drive impact.

What you will do

  • Align with stakeholders on research goals and outcomes
  • Draft clear research briefs outlining questions, methods, contingencies, and deliverables
  • Conduct research using internal panels and external resources
  • Analyse qualitative and quantitative data to generate actionable insights
  • Connect findings across sources to build cohesive, customer-focused narratives
  • Share insights and recommendations through presentations and digital channels

What you need to succeed

  • Currently studying a degree-course related to human-centred research (e.g. social psychology or sociology)
  • Ability to interpret both qualitative and quantitative data from primary and secondary sources
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and virtual collaboration tools like Microsoft Teams; familiarity with AI tools is a plus
  • Emotionally intelligent, proactive, and solution-oriented
  • Curious about human behaviour and keen to apply that understanding in a practical, business-focused way
  • Motivated to grow in a marketing research role within a commercial environment
  • Able to craft compelling narratives that communicate insights clearly to non-research audiences

What to expect from the recruitment process:

  • Pre-Recorded Video Interview - A brief 10-minute video submission
  • Soft Skills Interview - A competency-based interview.
  • Presentation - Candidates will be asked to prepare and deliver a short presentation on a given topic. (virtual or in-person)
