Sales Professional Opportunity

The Creativity and Productivity (C&P) Sales team is seeking an experienced sales professional to drive business development for our C&P business within the Mid-Market corporate segment. We are looking for a candidate who can effectively deliver Adobe's value proposition around Creative and Document management to organizations in Japan, while building a strong pipeline and driving deals to closure. In this role, you will engage with customers and leverage the Adobe ecosystem, including partners, to identify, qualify, and execute opportunities across C&P solutions such as Creative Cloud and Document Cloud.

What You'll Do

  • Drive product-specific revenue within the territory by selling Adobe Creative Cloud and Document Cloud solutions to the Mid-Market corporate segment.
  • Maintain a strong and active pipeline to consistently meet quarterly and annual quota targets.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers and partners by understanding their business needs and objectives.
  • Track, monitor, and report deal and partnership performance accurately, providing updates to leadership as required.
  • Translate customer challenges into viable sales opportunities.
  • Enhance overall customer satisfaction across assigned accounts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams within Adobe—including Product, Marketing, Partners, and Customer Support—to gather customer insights and drive revenue growth in Japan.

What You'll Have

  • 5+ years of solution selling experience in the enterprise or mid-market segment
  • Experience in customer-facing, consultative sales
  • Experience in the technology industry (e.g., SaaS, security, hardware, or software) is a plus
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional internal teams and external partners
  • Demonstrated sales discipline, including pipeline and deal management
  • Fluency in Japanese and business-level proficiency in English
