We are offering a groundbreaking opportunity to be at the forefront of digital creativity! As the Enterprise Product Specialist for Frame & Firefly Enterprise Solutions at Adobe, you will support and sell our latest Adobe Firefly Enterprise Solutions within Enterprise accounts. This role involves working alongside Account Directors to grow existing business through identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities. You will demonstrate your solution selling capabilities and direct, in-person consultation skills to ensure a smooth sales cycle from start to finish. What you'll do:

  • Collaborate with the Adobe Sales Teams. Support Multi-Product Enterprise Solutions, Strategic Firefly-only Solutions, or serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Firefly sales engagements.
  • Develop targeted account strategies and tactical penetration plans.
  • Develop and maintain relationships at the "C-Suite" and "VP" levels within targeted accounts, encompassing both IT and Business segments.
  • Identify cross-sell opportunities through targeted whitespace analysis and partner with pre-sales to drive sales stage progression.
  • Understand customer needs and solution fit by delivering compelling product demonstrations and sales pitches.
  • Own the coordination of pre-sales, product, and commercial expertise while managing key deliverables to an established timeline.
  • Build proposals, negotiate contract pricing, and contractual agreements to successfully close sales.

What you need to succeed:

  • Minimum 7+ years of proven enterprise-level, technical solution direct sales expertise within a sophisticated sales model; 10+ years preferred.
  • Proven experience consulting and selling digital transformation and enterprise solutions to "C-Suite" executives, consistently overachieving on quotas.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical collaborators.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud or Adobe Experience Cloud products is a plus.
  • Knowledge of generative AI technologies, including deep learning and neural networks, is highly desirable.
  • Proficient in creative workflows and the build process, with an ability to see opportunities for integrating generative AI techniques.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a knack for developing innovative solutions to complex challenges.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
