Senior Digital Strategist

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Digital Strategist to join our Creativity and Productivity products business based in Paris.
Adobe's Enterprise sales organisation works with C-level leadership at Adobe's Enterprise customers on strategies for digital transformation, customer experience and digital innovation. We push the business forward by bringing out the best of Adobe's capabilities to inspire and delight customers.
Adobe is looking for a senior strategist experienced with solution value based sales, value realisation approaches and capability maturity to work directly with prospective and existing clients to develop opportunities, build awareness, justify investments and develop value driven frameworks and roadmaps for change.
What you will do:
- Provide strategic advice to C-level Adobe customers, predominantly in Western Europe, on delivering seamless digital experiences to customers and employees
- Work directly with senior sales, pre-sales, partner and customer success roles across our Creativity & Productivity (C&P) business to drive demand and manage the pipeline engagements
- Conduct experience qualitative & quantitative analysis, performance benchmarking, return on investment & argument modelling
- Lead business value discovery workshops with CxO´s, department leads and practitioners
- Help customers understand and realise the full value of their prospective Adobe investment by developing & presenting a roadmap to value
- Develop and deliver highly engaging presentations to CxO's & executive business audiences
- Support the development of new Business Value Consulting assets, tools and collateral, helping develop the practice
- Develop thought leadership in relation to sustainability, workflow productivity and cross-cloud transformation
What you need to succeed:
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree
- Strong consulting skills; including excellent discovery, analysis, quantitative modelling, listening, and communication skills
- Demonstrated passion for digital experiences and technology
- Excellent analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills, including conducting research, analysing data, developing hypotheses, and synthesising recommendations
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively with people at all levels, with internal and external marketing, sales and technical individuals
- Strong executive presentation and persuasion skills, with strong communication skills to communicate at CXO level
- Ability to work in a matrixed environment with remote support functions and manage virtual teams
- Able to work across multiple industry verticals and grasp industry specific drivers
- High degree of intellectual curiosity and ability to absorb concepts quickly
- Be self-managed, responsive and dedicated to customer success
Desirable but not essential:
- Work or internship experience in a leading technology company, strategy consulting organisation, digital agency, or marketing department
- Experience in developing or implementing digital or marketing strategies along with a high-level understanding of the technologies and tactics needed for execution
- Fluency in French
