  • Manage strategic operations and processes and participate in creative reviews to assess production, licensing, and budget implications
  • Assist in setting up review and approval schedules with key collaborators
  • Coordinate production reviews and approvals, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards
  • Ensure content production aligns with the communications plan, customer journey, and regional needs, by aligning partners on delivery timelines
  • Identify bottlenecks, recommend and implement solutions to improve efficiency
  • Coordinate and document meetings, providing timely communication to relevant parties
  • Schedule meetings, take notes, and communicate updates, decisions, and actions afterward

Skills Needed To Succeed

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of program/project management experience preferably with a marketing management background
  • Successful planning, implementation, and optimization of marketing programs to drive business results
  • Strong project management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks, run multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Adobe Workfront experience highly desired. Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, JIRA, and Wiki.
  • Excellent business partner management and presentation skills

Desired Traits

  • Organized – A planner who brings order and resolve to a fast-paced environment with matrixed organizations
  • Articulate – Ability to work well with both technical and non-technical individuals up and down the org, capable of absorbing large amounts of information and the ability to distill it down to the essentials
