We create industry-leading video editing solutions used by creative professionals and ambitious storytellers worldwide. As we enter a new era of AI-powered creativity, we're investing deeply in agentic AI—intelligent, autonomous tools that don't just follow commands, but actively collaborate with creators to bring ideas to life faster, smarter, and more intuitively than ever before.
We are seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead our agentic AI initiatives and tech transfer operations for Audio, Video, and Motion Products across all surfaces – desktop, web, mobile, and enterprise services. In this senior technical PM role, you will help define the strategy, roadmap, and execution for AI agentic workflows with cross-functional teams. To do this, you need to understand the technical underpinnings required to achieve our vision, anticipate user needs, automate complex workflows, and enable breakthrough creative possibilities.
This is a highly visible leadership role, working across product, engineering, AI research, design, and go-to-market teams to deliver AI agents that integrate seamlessly into professional video editing workflows.
Own the vision and strategy for agentic AI across our product line, aligned with company goals and market opportunities.
Work with engineering leaders on a corporate-wide agent framework to ensure agentic product vision needs are met.
Drive an innovation pipeline from prototypes to product integration by working closely with product, research, and tech transfer teams to move technologies from R&D to product, ensuring AI innovations are productized, integrated, and launched successfully.
Translate user pain points into AI-driven solutions that save time, reduce complexity, and expand creative potential.
Partner with AI/ML teams to define agent behaviors, decision-making frameworks, and integration points within editing tools.
Build and maintain a multi-year roadmap for expressive, assistive, and corrective AI capabilities.
Define success metrics and KPIs for agent performance, user satisfaction, and creative impact.
Stay ahead of AI research and competitor activity to ensure our tools remain category-leading.
Collaborate with design on both strategy and new UI/UX concepts for human-AI collaboration.
Participate in defining strategies to use 3D and AI to reinvent the next generation of storytelling.
Champion the voice of the customer, conducting interviews, usability testing, and workflow studies.
Partner with marketing and sales in support of product positioning, messaging, and launch strategies.
Required:
8+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 in a senior or principal-level role.
Strong understanding of AI and machine learning concepts, particularly in generative and agentic AI.
Proven track record of shipping complex, high-impact features in a cross-functional environment.
Experience guiding innovations from research stage to commercial product.
Deep empathy for creative professionals and understanding of video production workflows.
Excellent communication skills, both technical and business oriented.
Preferred:
Experience working with large language models, computer vision, or multimodal AI systems.
Background in film, TV, or digital video production.
Familiarity with prompt engineering, reinforcement learning, or AI agent orchestration frameworks.
Prior experience bridging R&D and product delivery in a fast-moving market.
