Senior Manager, Product Marketing – Adobe

Adobe is seeking a dedicated Senior Manager to join our dynamic Product Marketing team! You will play a crucial role in crafting our marketing vision for one of our core product categories within the B2B SaaS space. This is an outstanding opportunity to demonstrate your extensive experience in product marketing, go-to-market strategy, and leadership. Work closely with senior collaborators to set global priorities, guide investment choices, and effectively deliver marketing initiatives across channels.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership:

  • Define and evolve global product marketing strategy for enterprise SaaS offerings.
  • Drive annual planning, budget allocation, and marketing efficiency initiatives aligned with business objectives.

Go-to-Market Excellence:

  • Lead end-to-end GTM planning for new product launches and major campaigns.
  • Develop positioning, messaging, and value propositions tailored for enterprise buyers and decision-makers.

Cross-Functional Influence:

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior marketing and product leadership.
  • Collaborate with Ops, Coordinated Marketing, Sales Enablement, Finance, and Performance teams to complete high-impact initiatives.

Insights & Reporting:

  • Deliver executive-level reporting on marketing performance, pipeline impact, and return on investment.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and inform strategic decisions.

Innovation & Enablement:

  • Build frameworks and tools for audience segmentation, persona development, and 1P data activation.
  • Champion test-and-learn approaches to scale innovative marketing programs globally.

Requirements

Experience:

  • Over 10 years of experience in Product Marketing in B2B SaaS, including leading global GTM strategies.
  • Proven track record of driving measurable impact on pipeline and revenue.

Skills & Proficiencies:

  • Outstanding critical thinking and analytical skills; ability to translate insights into actionable plans.
  • Strong executive presence and ability to influence at all levels in a matrixed organization.
  • Expertise in SaaS business models, enterprise buyer journeys, and digital marketing trends.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field, with equivalent experience considered; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
