The challenge: Are you a data-driven leader who is energized by the opportunity to design new products and analytics to power strategic decision making for a high growth business? This high impact role is for you.

We are looking for an enthusiastic Senior Business Intelligence Product Manager to join the Enterprise Digital Media Customer Intelligence (CI) team. Adobe's Enterprise Digital Media business is growing rapidly and represents over $3B+ across Adobe's flagship Creative Cloud and Document Cloud offerings. The CI team plays a crucial role in driving the growth and success of this business by providing the critical systems, tools, and insights that our Sales and Post-Sales Field teams need to make our customers successful.

In this role you will lead a team of BI product and program managers and work closely with key leaders throughout the Enterprise Digital Media field organization to deeply understand business needs. This leader will oversee the reporting design product lifecycle from requirements gathering to delivery and drive tech, business, data discovery, and process optimization. You will use your deep business understanding to design data visualization products and analytics that will enable our organization to capture insights and accelerate growth. You will then partner with the CI engineers and front-end developers who will build these solutions and deliver on your vision.

What you'll do:

  • Manage and develop a team of product and program managers
  • Work closely with key leaders in the Enterprise Digital Media field organization to understand business needs and identify additional opportunities for data solutions to accelerate growth and capture organizational efficiency
  • Drive strategy, document requirements and lead the design, development, and implementation of Business Intelligence reporting and analytics solutions
  • Work closely with developers to oversee implementation and ensure that product requirements are successfully met
  • Lead the process and approach for establishing the Customer Intelligence team's roadmap in partnership with key business leaders
  • Establish the team's ongoing program management and operational infrastructure needed to efficiently deliver the roadmap
  • Establish standard operating procedures for the Customer Intelligence's service desk team that provides support to all users of our reporting solutions

What you need to succeed:

  • 10+ years of industry experience in data driven roles and 3+ years of experience in product management in data and analytics
  • 5+ years of experience managing teams
  • Strong analytical and business problem solving skills
  • Working knowledge of databases and SQL
  • Strong communication skills and proven ability to work successfully with cross-functional partners
  • Previous operational experience in process design and optimization is a plus
  • Highly motivated, with a resourceful, "figure-it-out" approach and comfort working in a fast paced environment
  • Curiosity, open-mindedness, and an unfailingly positive attitude
