The Opportunity

Adobe's Lifecycle Marketing team is passionate about delivering engaging and impactful marketing programs to our customers. Our goal is to drive long-term growth for Adobe through innovative, impactful and scalable marketing programs.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager to manage and implement marketing programs for Adobe priority product offerings. In this role, you will develop, scale and optimize user customer journeys across email, push notifications and other emerging channels to directly impact trial, conversion, adoption, and use of Adobe products. You will work in close collaboration with business partners including Customer Marketing, Product Marketing and Go-to-Market teams to deliver exceptional user experiences and measurable growth in revenue, active use and customer retention.

What You'll Do

  • Manage all aspects of end-to-end campaign development including planning, performance insights and continuous optimization
  • Plan and carry out a learning agenda through experimentation to continuously evolve and improve performance of lifecycle marketing programs
  • Develop relevant and engaging messaging and on-brand assets for a key customer segment using Adobe AI-power tools at scale
  • Partner with analytics team to measure and report on performance to demonstrate the business impact. Regularly share updates on key initiatives including program effectiveness and improvement plans.
  • Harness technology for personalization at scale, including predictive models, APIs, platform capabilities and AI tools to drive growth within your segment

What You Need To Succeed

  • Intermediate to advanced lifecycle marketing experience, with the ability to learn new technologies, products, or systems quickly
  • Strong analytics-based decision making, highly capable in interpreting data and advancing initiatives to optimize performance.
  • Proven experience building test and learn plans that continuously improve program engagement through personalization, dynamic content, and creative optimization.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities and strong problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to navigate a matrixed organization and represent team with integrity and self-sufficiency

Experience

  • 7+ years of progressive experience in lifecycle, email or performance marketing with an emphasis on personalization and experimentation, with demonstrated results driving performance and optimization
  • SaaS and e-commerce experience preferred, ideally in a sophisticated data-driven organization
  • BA/BS in marketing, business or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with a bias for action and impact

Expected Pay Range:

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $112,000 -- $215,100 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

In California, the pay range for this position is $148,500 - $215,100.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
