What You'll Do

• Take charge of mentoring a team of product managers, steering their career progress and securing the creation of engaging user experiences.
• Develop and implement winning strategies to achieve our ambitious growth goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners in development, marketing, user research, engineering, and data science to implement world-class product features.
• Present ideas, strategies, and results to leadership, ensuring alignment and support across the organization.

What You Need To Succeed

• At least 2 years of experience managing people and 7+ years in product management.
• Proven ability to use both qualitative and data-driven insights to make sound decisions.
• A passion for composing and creativity, with a track record of successfully implementing innovative solutions.
• Experience with AI/ML, demonstrating your ability to compete in a rapidly evolving landscape.
• Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and effectively to different collaborators.
• Knowledge in digital design demonstrated in your past work or in hobbies you have taken up.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $153,600 -- $297,700 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
