We are looking for a strategic and execution-focused Product Manager to drive innovation in Adobe Customer Journey Management (CJM) for B2B. This role will focus on building intelligent, scalable, and data-driven journey orchestration capabilities tailored to complex B2B buying cycles.
You will work at the intersection of AI-driven personalization, marketing automation, sales alignment, and enterprise data platforms, delivering solutions that help B2B organizations orchestrate meaningful customer journeys across channels.
Define and articulate the product vision and roadmap for B2B CJM capabilities.
Identify market opportunities across B2B marketing, account-based experiences, lead-to-revenue workflows, and buying group orchestration.
Partner with GTM, Sales, and Customer Success teams to validate problem statements and refine product strategy.
Translate customer and market insights into clear product requirements (PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria).
Prioritize features based on impact, feasibility, and alignment with business goals.
Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Data Science, and AI teams to deliver high-quality releases.
Own the full product lifecycle from discovery to launch and iteration.
Engage directly with enterprise B2B customers to understand use cases, workflows, and pain points.
Conduct competitive analysis in areas such as marketing automation, ABM platforms, journey orchestration, and CRM ecosystems.
Define KPIs to measure adoption, engagement, performance, and revenue impact.
Leverage Adobe Sensei and AI/ML capabilities to enable predictive journey orchestration and buying group insights.
Drive integration strategies across Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Marketo Engage, Real-Time CDP, Sales tools, and partner ecosystems.
Champion privacy, governance, and enterprise-grade scalability in all solutions.
5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS.
Strong understanding of B2B marketing, demand generation, ABM, sales cycles, and lead-to-revenue processes.
Experience working with marketing automation platforms or journey orchestration tools.
Proven experience shipping complex enterprise products.
Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with AI/ML-powered personalization or predictive analytics.
Knowledge of Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem.
Familiarity with data models, APIs, and enterprise integration patterns.
