Senior Product Manager

Adobe is transforming the future of video creation—and we're looking for a strategic, customer-driven Senior Product Manager to lead the way. Premiere Pro is the industry standard for professional video editing, and we're continuing to build best-in-class video production workflows that meet the needs of today's creators and tomorrow's innovators.

As a Senior Product Manager, you'll own a product area end-to-end, shaping strategy, driving execution, and aligning cross-functional teams. You'll be responsible for defining and delivering features that improve performance, enable new workflows, and differentiate Premiere Pro in a competitive and fast-changing market. You'll work closely with engineering to tackle complex technical challenges, with design to craft intuitive and delightful experiences, and with go-to-market teams to ensure successful launches and adoption.

This role requires a strong mix of strategic thinking, customer empathy, technical fluency, and execution excellence. You'll be expected to lead with clarity, navigate ambiguity, and drive measurable business and customer outcomes. You'll also represent Adobe at major industry events and help define the future of creative video tools.

What You'll Do

  • Define and drive product strategy for a key feature area of Premiere Pro, connecting customer workflow needs to a long-term vision and near-term execution.
  • Partner with engineering to not just build features but to prioritize performance, stability, and scalability across the marketplace of customer platforms and workflows.
  • Use customer insights, competitive analysis, and data to inform product decisions and roadmap prioritization, blending personal expertise with a strong practice of inquiry and exploration.
  • Lead cross-functional planning and alignment across teams and stakeholders, ensuring clarity, coordination, and momentum throughout exploration, design, development and validation cycles.
  • Drive product-led growth through experimentation, value realization, and continuous iteration to ensure customers enjoy the maximum benefit of our feature and workflow iterations.
  • Represent Premiere Pro in executive forums, customer settings, and industry events, advocating for innovation, excellence, and customer impact.
  • Mentor junior PMs and contribute to a culture of curiosity, accountability, and collaboration.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in video, audio, or creative technology.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without authority. You're a strong communicator, facilitator, and decision-maker.
  • Deep understanding of video production workflows, including editing, media management, color, motion, and audio. You can speak the language of creators and anticipate their needs.
  • Familiarity with generative and assistive AI technologies and their application in creative tools. You're excited about the future of video and ready to help shape it.
  • Strong business acumen and experience with customer research, market analysis, and strategic planning. You can connect product decisions to business outcomes.
  • A track record of delivering measurable outcomes—not just shipping features. You care about impact, not activity.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and a bias for action. You can operate at both strategic and tactical levels, and you know when to zoom in or out.
