About the Role

Adobe is innovating the enterprise content supply chain through intelligent Brand solutions that reshape how enterprises create, govern, and scale content. At the heart of this innovation is Brands, a groundbreaking AI system that codified brand identity into machine-readable ontologies to maintain brand accuracy and impact across all creative materials.

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to define a central place to manage explicit guidelines (brand context, activation context, legal & compliances) and curating implicit guidelines as inputs to AI-first brand understanding that automates content operations to deliver on-brand & performant content faster, more reliably, and at scale.

This position suits an individual passionate about AI, design systems, enterprise marketing, provisioning, administration, and governance. It demands a strong emphasis on execution and cross team collaboration.

What You'll Need to Succeed

  • 5–7+ years of product management experience in building administration & management planes such as Brand Hubs, Asset Management experiences (DAM), etc.
  • Proven ability to translate complex AI/ML workflows into simple, intuitive user experiences.
  • Experience with creative and marketing content processes, including agency workflows.
  • Strong technical grounding in evals framework and reinforcement learning.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and cross-functional alignment skills — you can encourage designers, engineers, and enterprise collaborators alike.
  • A builder's approach: curiosity, execution velocity, and empathy for end users.
  • Good mix of IQ and EQ, bringing to bear data and relationships to get results.

Preferred Qualifications

  • BA/BS or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Build, or a related area.
  • Background in building design systems, brand systems, or content production automation.
  • Experience in provisioning, management, and governance.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $125,800 -- $239,725 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

In California, the pay range for this position is $165,600 - $239,725.
