The Challenge

Adobe.com is one of the most highly trafficked corporate websites in the world and a critical growth engine for our Document Cloud business. LATAM represents a significant long-term growth opportunity, driven by large free user base, mobile-first behaviors, strong demand for legal document workflows, and increasing openness to AI.

This Senior Product Manager role is accountable for driving Document Cloud revenue growth across LATAM through adobe.com. You will own the regional web strategy end-to-end: translating global priorities into locally, revenue-driving customer experiences. As the LATAM owner in a global ecosystem, they will influence roadmap decisions and align teams across Product, Pricing, Analytics, and Marketing.

What You'll Do

  • Define the LATAM web strategy, grounded in regional customer behavior, market dynamics, and business priorities.
  • Define new experiences through applying testing and optimization principles.
  • Delivering, maintaining, and managing all forms of experience changes.
  • Gather insights and use them to build a backlog, deliver a roadmap of tests and rollouts, and report insights to leadership.
  • Participate in dedicated squads and maintain close collaboration with local teams.
  • Transform requirements into feature specs / user stories.
  • Clear positioning and differentiation of products to drive understanding, trust, and adoption.
  • Prioritization of initiatives making explicit trade-offs based on impact and effort.
  • Influence over global roadmaps by advocating for LATAM needs backed by data and insights.

Key Requirements

You are a motivated senior product manager who brings a strong commercial approach and are comfortable owning outcomes in complex, multi-market environments.

You have experience operating at scale, balancing global requirements with local market needs, and are confident influencing cross-functional partners without direct authority.

  • 5+ years' experience in product management, with at least 2 years at senior level, working on customer-facing digital products.
  • Experience working across multiple markets, with an understanding of localization beyond translation.
  • A track record of leading optimizations at scale, using insights to inform longer-term strategy.
  • Hard-working, creative and innovative attitude.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, including the ability to clearly articulate strategy, trade-offs, and results.
  • Comfort operating in fast-moving environments.
  • Proficient in defining roadmaps and delivering with cross functional teams.
  • Strong track record of using data to drive decisions, including defining metrics, analyzing funnel performance.
  • Bachelor required, MBA a plus
  • Proficiency in English and Portuguese; Spanish is a plus.
  • Based in São Paulo.
