The PM will be responsible for defining, prioritizing, and delivering high-quality digital experiences on Adobe's AEP/RTCDP. You will collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, AI, and partner teams to meet customer needs and business goals.

About AEP/RTCDP Adobe Real-Time CDP (RTCDP), built on AEP, is an industry-leading customer data platform that enables enterprises to unify, govern, and activate customer data in real time across online and offline channels. It combines real-time and batch ingestion using a flexible data model (XDM), identity resolution, and AI-driven segmentation to power actionable customer profiles at scale — allowing brands to deliver timely, relevant, and personalized experiences while meeting enterprise-grade privacy, security, and data governance requirements.

Role Overview We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to help define and scale the next generation of Adobe Experience Platform and Real-Time CDP capabilities, with a focus on the data foundation — Sources, Data Collection, Catalog, Profile, Identity, Segmentation, and Activation — that powers every downstream use case from personalization to Paid Media to AI/RAG. You will join the AEP/RTCDP Product Management team and drive products that sit at the core of customer experience, enabling ingestion, personalization and activation for some of the world's largest brands. In this role, you will partner with engineering, design, AI, and go-to-market teams to operationalize and accelerate value across ingestion, management, and real-time activation.

What You'll Do · Shape the Future of the Data Foundation and Real-Time Customer Data – Define product strategy and proposals that enable enterprises to ingest, unify, govern, and activate customer data in real time, delivering measurable business impact in partnership with product, engineering, and go-to-market teams. · Lead Competitive and Market Analysis – Research industry trends in customer data platforms, real-time data processing, data ingestion and management, intelligent activation, and AI-ready data foundations to inform roadmap priorities and maintain Adobe's leadership. · Define and Deliver Roadmaps – Partner with engineering and architecture teams to build and execute a roadmap that advances AEP and RTCDP capabilities across Sources, Data Collection, Catalog, profile unification, identity, segmentation, activation, and scalability. Define and track KPIs that prove business value for customers. · Translate Customer Needs into Requirements – Convert complex enterprise use cases and jobs-to-be-done into clear, scalable product requirements, with a focus on data ingestion workflows, Edge profile and segmentation use cases, and real-time activation. · Power AI and Paid Media Use Cases – Collaborate with AEP AI teams to ensure the data layer supports advanced use cases including high-quality data availability for Knowledge Base construction and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) workflows. Work closely with ecosystem partners (Paid Media networks, AdTech platforms) to streamline data onboarding and activation flows and ensure high-fidelity data exchange. · Collaborate Across the Adobe Ecosystem – Work closely with other product managers, architects, and engineering leaders to deliver integrated solutions across Adobe Experience Cloud, including AEP, RTCDP, AJO, and Target. · Drive Adoption, Insight, and Customer Impact – Engage with customers, field teams, and early adopters to validate solutions, iterate quickly, and ensure capabilities deliver high reliability, performance, and time-to-value at enterprise scale. Develop frameworks to measure product health and customer adoption, and translate complex telemetry into clear, actionable roadmaps for engineering and design teams.

Qualifications · Education & Experience• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or equivalent experience; MBA or advanced degree preferred.• Overall 8–12 years of work experience, with 6+ years of product management experience, ideally in a SaaS or enterprise software environment. Experience in Data Platform product is a strong preference

· Technical & Domain Expertise• Strong understanding of Customer Data Platform concepts – profiles, identities, events, attributes, audiences, activation.• Experience with data ingestion and management concepts – Sources, streaming/batch pipelines, datasets, catalog, and data quality.• Experience with real-time and batch data processing systems.• Familiarity with event-driven architectures.• Familiarity with cloud platforms, APIs, and integration patterns.• Preferably some exposure to AI/ML concepts focused on measurement, statistical analysis, or RAG/Knowledge Base workflows.

· Skills & Competencies• Proven ability to define product vision and translate complex technical capabilities into clear business value.• Excellent storytelling, communication, and product evangelization skills — can inspire adoption and drive cross-team collaboration across engineering, design, AI, and business teams, including senior leadership.• Experience building lightweight prototypes (e.g., using Figma, Lovable, Cursor) to demonstrate ideas.• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset; comfortable using analytics tools to derive insights and define actions.• Proven ability to lead, collaborate, and prioritize across multiple projects in a dynamic, matrixed, and geographically distributed environment, including managing morning and night calls as needed.· Preferred• Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud products (AEP, RTCDP, AJO, Target, etc.).• Experience driving end-to-end value realization initiatives and building frameworks for data-driven product development.
