Senior Director, Agentic

Adobe is reimagining the future of creativity — where generative AI, intelligent agents, and human imagination work hand in hand. As the Senior Director, Agentic, you will define and lead Adobe's third-party strategy for agent-driven creative workflows. You'll shape how AI collaborates with creators, automates routine work, and amplifies human creativity — all while staying true to Adobe's mission of empowering creativity for all!

Adobe's creative capabilities are increasingly in demand across the AI ecosystem. Our agentic product team packages and publishes our outstanding creativity and productivity capabilities. These reach users across the rapidly growing realm of third-party AI platforms, including AI chat portals, desktop and mobile operating systems, and vertical applications in many industries. The mission involves assembling Adobe's agentic harness with its core tools, skills, and MCPs into compelling experiences. These experiences drive adoption, showcase Adobe's outstanding value, and strengthen our role as the creative capability layer of the agentic internet.

The work demands a detailed understanding of the developing standards of agentic packaging, including MCP, skills manifests, hero prompts, and plugin architecture. It also requires a keen commercial sense to arrange and present Adobe's capabilities across partner platforms. This team shapes what "Adobe for Creativity" and "Adobe for Productivity" look like when delivered through an agentic harness. This is a rare opportunity to define Adobe's presence in the next generation of creative software distribution. The person in this role will work across product, engineering, partnerships, and GTM to build a scalable packaging strategy — one that compounds Adobe's reach while ensuring every 3P experience reflects the quality and creative intelligence that Adobe is known for!

What you'll do:

  • Package Adobe's agentic framework and its tools, skills, and MCPs into compelling, well-crafted experiences.
  • These experiences drive new user growth, adoption, and demonstrate Adobe's outstanding value.
  • They also strengthen our position as the creative capability layer of the agentic internet.
  • Lead partnerships with major LLM providers, ship timelines tied to major platform launches, and a running release train model make this a high-visibility, high-velocity role.
  • Possess a "PLG" approach with constant experimentation and iterative launches towards a clearly articulated longer term vision - defining new to industry funnels and growth loops, and structuring team roadmaps to drive both new launches as well as ongoing experiences in 3P.
  • Work across multiple product teams, driving and inspiring teams to come along the 3P journey while also ensuring cohesion with new 1P harness, and journeys into Adobe's agentic ecosystem

What you'll need to succeed:

  • 15+ years of product or innovation leadership experience, ideally within creative software, technology-enhanced products, or productivity ecosystems.
  • Proven track record defining and delivering breakthrough business and product experiences at scale — especially those involving automation, intelligence, or generative AI.
  • Deep understanding of creative workflows and empathy for the creative community.
  • Demonstrated outstanding critical thinking, with the ability to connect high-level vision to pragmatic execution.
  • Skilled collaborator with strong executive presence — able to influence and align diverse teams across product, engineering, research, and design.
  • Comfort navigating ambiguity and defining new categories in rapidly evolving spaces.
  • Passion for Adobe's mission and a belief that AI should empower, not replace, human creativity.
