Adobe is reimagining the future of creativity — where generative AI, intelligent agents, and human imagination work hand in hand. As the Senior Director, Agentic, you will define and lead Adobe's third-party strategy for agent-driven creative workflows. You'll shape how AI collaborates with creators, automates routine work, and amplifies human creativity — all while staying true to Adobe's mission of empowering creativity for all!
Adobe's creative capabilities are increasingly in demand across the AI ecosystem. Our agentic product team packages and publishes our outstanding creativity and productivity capabilities. These reach users across the rapidly growing realm of third-party AI platforms, including AI chat portals, desktop and mobile operating systems, and vertical applications in many industries. The mission involves assembling Adobe's agentic harness with its core tools, skills, and MCPs into compelling experiences. These experiences drive adoption, showcase Adobe's outstanding value, and strengthen our role as the creative capability layer of the agentic internet.
The work demands a detailed understanding of the developing standards of agentic packaging, including MCP, skills manifests, hero prompts, and plugin architecture. It also requires a keen commercial sense to arrange and present Adobe's capabilities across partner platforms. This team shapes what "Adobe for Creativity" and "Adobe for Productivity" look like when delivered through an agentic harness. This is a rare opportunity to define Adobe's presence in the next generation of creative software distribution. The person in this role will work across product, engineering, partnerships, and GTM to build a scalable packaging strategy — one that compounds Adobe's reach while ensuring every 3P experience reflects the quality and creative intelligence that Adobe is known for!
